Ohaiyo gozaimas! After its maiden successful flagship in Singapore, Bari-Uma Ramen has now greeted the palate of fellow Malaysian since 28th May 2014, at one of the matured neighbourhood, Jaya Shopping Centre. Famed for its premium handmade ramen noodles, gourmands get to choose from various noodles textures ranging from firm, original to soft. Noodles are freshly made and must be utilized within 3 days’ of shelf life; otherwise, they would be discarded. Gyoza ~ Pan-fried minced meat dumpling, best paired with some vinegar to spice it up. Meat filing is really thoroughly well marinated, very juicy and they are already a lovesome lots to be eaten by themselves. Soon, the skewered cutlet of meats makes its appearance as the quick interlude. Yakitori Combo Conveniently bite-sized morsels are grilled to perfection, scintillatingly drenched in tare sauce for the mild smokiness brush. Noritama-Uma ~ Pork-flavoured shoyu soup, thickly cut flamed chashu served with ajitama and my favourite nori! Shoyu ~ Pork-flavoured shoyu light soup, spiced up by a thickly cut flamed chashu. I personally enjoy this lighter version more as it is also undoubtedly super rich with high quality soy sauce for the base of the tonkatsu soup in which the natural flavor of tonkatsu is well extracted. Kara - Uma ~ Pork-flavoured spicy soup, thickly cut flamed chashu served with menma and negi. Therefore, if you are looking for an original taste of Japanese ramen, just pop over here one of these days to pamper your palate ooishi-ly!
